Due to the current national public health emergency, the Georgia Guard Insurance Trust is implementing the following changes to our GGIT scholarship application process for 2020 only.
- The submission deadline for applications extended to 1 May 2020.
- The requirement for certified transcripts is changed to also allow for on-line transcripts printed by the student. The GGIT review committee will determine if any documentation has been altered.
- Academic and personal letters of reference may be submitted electronically if necessary, instead of on organizational letter head.
- GGIT will contact students if applications require minor corrections and/or omissions. Corrections/omissions will be solicited at the discretion of GGIT and will not be accepted after 11 May 2020.
