The NGAUS General Conference & Exhibition is the Association’s annual business meeting. Army and Air National Guard officers from all 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia gather to network, set their legislative agenda and hear from America’s civilian and military leaders. Family members, industry representatives and local officials also attend. We hope to see you in Milwaukee this year!

HOTEL: We will be staying at the Omni Severin, 40 Jackson Pl, Indianapolis, IN, 317-634-6664 - $169 per night.

REGISTRATION: Conference registration fee will be $200/person for the general conference.  Please note that this price will increase to $250 effective 29 July 2026.  Conference registration will include all events except for the following: Golf Tournament on 28 August is $125/person; International Motor Speedway Museum and Track Tour (multiple opportunities) will be $30/person; 5k Fun Run on Saturday, 29 August will be $25/person; Retiree Luncheon on Sunday, 24 August is $5 per person (members).

TRANSPORTATION: Go ahead and make your airline reservations now to get the best prices or put a group together to drive and share expenses.

NGAUS WEBSITE: The NGAUS website has a lot of good information about the conference. It will provide general information about the conference, what is going on in the city during the conference along with site maps etc.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refunds less a $15.00 administrative fee will be granted for requests received in writing prior to 12:00 PM EST July 15, 2026. Email cancellation requests to questions@american-tradeshow.com. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. After July 15, 2026, all sales are final and no refunds will be processed.
