State Conference - Exhibitor Registration

Dear Corporate Friends and Supporters:

You are cordially invited to attend and Exhibit at The National Guard Association of Georgia (NGAGA) 64th Annual Conference at the brand new Jekyll Island Convention Center, Jekyll Island, Georgia 8-10 June 2012. It is anticipated that 5 to 6 hundred guardsmen and their families will attend this conference. Your attendance and exhibit would be welcomed and would provide additional meaning and value to our conference.

Exhibit space will be offered to those who would like to participate at a rate of $500. CW5 Leslie Groover is our Conference POC for Exhibitors. His telephone number is (912) 448-4277, and Fax (912) 767-4946.

Exhibitors and sponsors will be recognized in our conference bulletin and in our mailings. If you would like to exhibit and / or provide a door prize that can be presented at the conference please let CW5 Groover or myself know at your earliest date.  See registration form below.

The Convention will kick-off with a golf tournament on Friday morning at the Pine Lakes Golf Course on Jekyll Island. You are invited to participate in this tournament.
