About Us

The purpose of the National Guard Association of Georgia is to promote the mission of the National Guard of the State of Georgia and of the United States; to cultivate and promote a better understanding of the purposes and ideals of the National Guard by the people of the State of Georgia; to cooperate with civic, philanthropic and patriotic organizations whose undertakings are not for profit, but are of vital interest to the State of Georgia and its local communities.

This purpose embodies goals such as:

  • Service to members
  • Legislative efforts to benefit members of the Georgia National Guard and NGAGA members
  • Betterment of the general quality of life in the State of Georgia
  • Improvements to the capabilities of the Georgia National Guard

As with all companies and organizations, very little of our goals can be met without adequate funding. NGAGA relies heavily upon monies from membership dues in order to make our activities possible. It is not only crucial that Georgia Guard personnel join and maintain membership in the Association, but also for Guardsmen and women to become actively involved in participating in state and national events.

This is your Association - make the most of it! There are many benefits to becoming a member in the NGAGA and NGAUS, and you join both organizations when you pay your dues. Don't wait to start enjoying your NGAGA membership today. Joining is easy! Just visit the online membership application form.
